Cancellation policy

Customers will receive a full refund if canceled at least 7 days before camp (The Wednesday before camp)

Customers will receive a 50% refund if canceled 6 days up until 24 hours before camp begins (Thursday to Monday before camp)

No refund if not canceled at least 24 hours ahead of time (Tuesday @ 9am before camp)

If for any reason SoR must cancel a camp due to low enrollment (less than 3 campers), you will be notified at least 72 hours in advance and issued a full refund, no questions asked.
